North-east Arnhem Land to be used for rocket launch

NASA will launch rockets from a remote base in North-east Arnhem Land later this month.

The location was chosen because it was situated just south of the equator and can be used for all kinds of orbits into space.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has said there will be three rocket launches to use the base in Arnhem Land – with the first to be later this month on June 26.
